Service Description
The Artificall chatbot is an AI-assisted tool that provides general financial information and analysis on publicly traded financial instruments (such as stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds), generated by combining third-party market data with large language model technology. The chatbot is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
The chatbot does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial instrument. It is not a substitute for a licensed financial advisor. Any decision you make based on output from the chatbot is made solely at your own risk and responsibility. See the “Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability” section below.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features of the chatbot, you must create a user account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Credits, Pricing and Payments
Access to the chatbot operates on a credit (token) basis. Credits are purchased in advance and are consumed as you use the Service. Prices for credits are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice; any change in price will not affect credits already purchased.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By purchasing credits, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Credits are associated with your account and are non-transferable. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us, purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts concerning digital services.
Because the chatbot is a digital service that is supplied and consumed immediately upon purchase of credits, you expressly acknowledge and agree, at the time of purchase, that (i) you request the immediate performance of the Service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and (ii) you acknowledge that you will therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed (i.e., once the corresponding credits have been consumed). For any credits purchased but not yet consumed, you may request withdrawal within 14 days, and we will refund the value of the unused credits in accordance with applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the chatbot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You agree not to: (a) attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying models, prompts, or data sources of the Service; (b) use the Service to generate unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content; (c) submit content that infringes any third party’s rights; (d) transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature; (e) use automated means to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or (f) circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or security features.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms may result in the immediate termination of your Service and access to your account.
Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available through the chatbot or this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The chatbot relies on third-party market data and AI-generated text, both of which may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The material provided is for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making financial decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk.
Third-Party Services and Data
The chatbot depends on third-party services and data providers, including but not limited to market data providers, AI model providers, authentication providers, payment processors, and hosting providers. We do not warrant, and will not have any liability or responsibility for, the accuracy, availability, or content of these third-party services. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, structure, and original content, is the property of Artificall and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us. Output generated for you by the chatbot may be used for your own personal, non-commercial information purposes, subject to these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Artificall provides financial information, analysis, and AI-generated content intended for informational and educational purposes only. We are not registered financial advisors, and the chatbot does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Trading and investing in financial markets involve significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before making any financial decision.
Artificall does not accept any liability for loss or damage, including without limitation any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance on any information, tools, or output provided through the Service.

In no case shall Artificall, its director, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service or any output obtained through it, even if advised of their possibility. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artificall and its director, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use the Service and, where applicable, closing your account. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, superseding any prior agreements, communications, and proposals.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
